Payment Structure
Design & Development
A down payment of ½ of the quote is due before any site design or development will commence. The cost of any A La Cart items will be due in full before they will be created. Payments will be accepted via PayPal.

Site Maintenance
Site maintenance will be billed at the current hourly rate. 3 Reasons Design will provide the client with an estimated time frame and cost for the requested maintenance. Payment will be due upon completion of the requested maintenance via PayPal.

Timeline
Design & Development
After the down payment is received 3 Reasons Design will notify the client with an approximate start date for the project. A typical WordPress blog design and setup will take 7 – 14 days on average. Non-blog based websites using WordPress as a CMS will take 20 – 30 days on average for design and development. 3 Reasons Design cannot guarantee a completion date. Many factors play into this such as the clients responsiveness when approving the design. The faster the client responds with feedback the more likely the project is to be completed on time.

Site Maintenance
Site maintenance will be worked into 3 Reasons Design’s schedule as soon as possible. Clients needs will be prioritized according to greatest urgency.

Termination of Design and Development Projects

1. The Client may terminate the project within 5 business days without any penalty.  Any unused portion of the deposit shall be returned to the Client at this time.  Notice of termination should be in writing to 3 Reasons Design and received within 10 days to receive the refund.
2. The Client may terminate the project at any other time without refund of the deposit. Notice of termination should be in writing to 3 Reasons Design.
3. 3 Reasons Design may terminate the project after delays in or inadequate communication without a refund of the deposit.  After two stated notices, 3 Reasons Design reserves the right to terminate the project.
4. 3 Reasons Design may terminate the agreement at any time with a refundable deposit.  This notice shall be sent to the customer in the form of writing.

Limitation of Liabilities
3 Reasons Design is not responsible for any loss of business revenue, profits, data, business interruption, loss of business information, or failure to sell its products due to service interruptions.

Copyright
The client will receive the copyright for all custom graphics and design upon installation. 3 Reasons Design requests that the client keep the credit line “Site Design by 3 Reasons Design”, along with a link to our site, in the footer of the site as long as that design is used.

3 Reasons Design reserves the right to use these files for promotion online and offline.

Hosting
It is the client’s responsibility to purchase and setup hosting.

3 Reasons Design recommends BlueHost Hosting for WordPress sites.

If the clients blog is deleted or becomes unusable after the client takes possession of the completed site due to a client error, there will be a re-installation fee equal to half of the projects total cost.

Acceptance of Service Agreement
When the client submits the Project Request Form and the down payment they agree to abide by this service agreement even if they have not read it.
